Dr. Dillard accepted nominations for the office of President. Ms. Johnson nominated Mr. Jackson and Mrs. Hanlon nominated Ms. Garrett, there were no other nominations for the office. The vote was tied 4-4 during the two roll call votes. The last roll call vote was 6-2, Mr. Jackson took the seat of President Dr. Dillard accepted nominations for the office of Vice President. Dr. Woodford nominated Ms. Johnson, there were no other nominations for the office. Mr. Johnson was elected Vice President by a vote of 8-0. Dr. Dillard accepted nominations for the office of Treasurer. Mr. Jackson nominated Mrs. Hanlon and there were no other nominations for the office.
