From the minutesMrs. Farmer updated the Board members with the leadership goals/norms/protocol in a handout. Board members provided additional steps to support the leadership goals categories. Mrs. Farmer will generate the additional steps to the leadership goals categories and send to the Board members as soon as possible.

From the minutesMrs. Sipe thanked Mrs. Farmer for putting the Goals/Norms/Protocol together for the Board members to review. Mrs. Sipe announced the following scheduled meetings: May 6th - Public Hearing @ 5:00 p.m. May 6th - Budget Meeting @ 6:10 p.m., Executive Session @ 7:00 p.m., (be prepared to discuss Superintendent Search). May 6th -Presentation from Mr. R. Hatcher @ 7:00 p.m. was canceled and will be rescheduled. The meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m. Absent: Dr. E. Steven Smith Interim Superintendent
