Kumho Tire Pilot Payment
From the minutesThe Board had discussions regarding the Kumho Tire Pilot. Mr. Downey and Ms. Farmer stated that funding the Industrial Authority is a County function, not the function of Board of Education. Mr. Downey made a motion to amend the collection of the PILOT payments to reflect 45% instead of 33% for the School District; seconded by Mr. Miller and approved 5-2. The Board had discussions regarding the Kumho Tire Pilot. Mr. Downey and Ms. Farmer stated that funding the Industrial Authority is a County function, not the function of Board of Education.
