The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the consolidations and closures of Bloomfield Middle School, Ballard-Hudson Middle School, Burghard Elementary School, Rice Elementary School, Jones Elementary School, King-Danforth Elementary School, Barden Elementary School, and Morgan Elementary School.
Mr. Jason Daniel, Executive Director of Capital Improvements, presented an overview on the consolidations and closures of the affected schools. Mr. Anthony Jackson, Director of Transportation, also shared information concerning student transportation needs.
