The Board reviewed the criteria for the GSBA Distinguished Board Recognition Program. They discussed next steps for fulfilling the criteria for the program and obtaining Distinguished Board status.

The Board reviewed a proposed evaluation instrument for the Superintendent. They would submit any feedback to the Superintendent and include it on a future Board agenda for approval.
