Bill Howell is a Macon native who was first elected District 7 Commissioner in 2020 and re-elected in 2024. He's the founder and former operator of Billy Bob's Towing and worked as a general contractor. He focuses on public safety, infrastructure, and stormwater flooding in south Bibb.
