Final Recommendation on the Alcohol License for Midtown Daiquiri Bar & GrillIn light of the Special Master’s findings of fact, and the opinions of law stated above, it is my recommendation that there are sufficient grounds for the Commission to revoke MDBG’s alcohol license based upon their consideration of the incidents at the Business Location or in the vicinity of its premises which occurred in Calendar Year 2022 pursuant to Macon-Bibb County Code of Ordinances Sec. 4-36(8), if the Commission considers the Finding of Facts issued by Special Master Joel Howe and determines MDBG’s operations are detrimental to public interest, safety, and welfare.
