Bloomfield Grocery located at 4175 Bloomfield Road, Macon, GALegal recommends denial. The business self-identifies as a Food Mart. However, upon inspection by Code Enforcement, the business is operating as a Vice Mart. Additionally, the business location does not meet the distance requirements of Sec. 4-122 because it is located within 100 yards of a church or church grounds.
