Kristin Hanlon holds the District 3 seat on the Bibb County Board of Education and is the board's treasurer for 2026, a role she also held in 2022 and 2023. She is serving a second four-year term, which runs through December 31, 2028.

Hanlon has been a certified public accountant in Georgia since 1989. She is senior vice president and senior credit officer at OneSouth Bank in Macon, after similar roles at Reunion Student Loan Finance Corp., Wells Fargo and SunTrust. She holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from Florida State University.
